Assistant Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

• Employee Engagement & Welfare:

• Design and implement employee engagement activities.
• Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.

• HR Operations:

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll coordination and attendance management.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

• Performance Management:

• Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews.
• Support training and development initiatives.

• Compliance & Policy Implementation:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Draft and update HR policies as per organizational needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
