Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Srinagar. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable products, and negotiating deals. The role will also involve driving market growth by implementing effective sales strategies and reporting on key performance metrics.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience or strong understanding of direct sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
Capability to identify and pursue sales opportunities and achieve targets
Time management and organizational skills to maintain efficient client visits and reporting
Knowledge of the local market in J&K is highly advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively within Srinagar and surrounding areas
