Role & responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with a set of 1015 assigned dealers per day within a designated area (dealers rotate daily). Visit dealer outlets daily as per route plan and showcase new products , offers, and schemes. Educate dealers and their sales staff about product features, USPs, and pricing. Generate orders from dealers and coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams for timely delivery. Ensure collection of payments from dealers as per agreed terms. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 13 years of field sales experience, preferably in sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, hardware, or FMCG dealer network. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA); candidates with relevant field sales experience may also be considered. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of dealer/distributor channel dynamics Ability to build trust and maintain long-term dealer relationships Comfortable with daily travel and fieldwork Basic familiarity with mobile apps and sales tracking tools Language: Local language fluency + basic Hindi/English Must have: Two-wheeler with valid driving license and smartphone
