Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Kolkata. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer interaction, sales management, developing customer relationships, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role also involves conducting product training for clients and supporting them with necessary sales information and updates. The role would be specific to textile and signage industries. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Experience in the printing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Any exposure in the textile or signage industry would be a big plus.
