Job Description

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging designs for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and branding projects.
Create layouts, illustrations, social media templates, and visual concepts for campaigns.
Work with creative briefs and convert them into compelling visual communication.
Collaborate with the strategy, video, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
Adapt existing designs and templates for various platforms.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Prepare final files for print and digital deployment.

Required Skills & Proficiency

Strong knowledge of
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
.
Bonus: Experience with
Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma
.
Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
Ability to create clean, modern, and brand-aligned designs.
Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design
,
Visual Communication
,
Fine Arts
, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
1–2 years of professional design experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio also welcome).
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, illustrations, or marketing designs.

Additional Advantages

Experience with motion graphics or simple animations.
Understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing basics.
Knowledge of photography, styling, or basic video editing.
