About the Role:

We are hiring Full-Time Telesales Executives to support appointment-setting operations for a US-based company. The role involves contacting both residential and commercial prospects, explaining basic service information and booking qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to B2C and B2B prospectsUse the client-provided scriptSchedule appointments and update CRM with call outcomesHandle objections professionally and maintain high call qualityMeet daily and weekly call/appointment targets

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of telesales/appointment-setting experienceExperience in US calling, home improvement, solar, real estate, or roofing campaigns preferredStrong English communication (fluency + clarity)Comfortable making high-volume outbound callsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesGood persuasion, negotiation, and conversation skills.

Work Schedule

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US Time) OR10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (US Time)(Monday to Friday)
