Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers via phone, promote products or services, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or Telecaller.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
