Job Description Job Title: Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter (US Process) Location: Remote Shift: US Shift (Monday–Friday) About the Role: We are hiring Full-Time Telesales Executives to support appointment-setting operations for a US-based company. The role involves contacting both residential and commercial prospects, explaining basic service information and booking qualified appointments. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to B2C and B2B prospects Use the client-provided script Schedule appointments and update CRM with call outcomes Handle objections professionally and maintain high call quality Meet daily and weekly call/appointment targets Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1–2 years of telesales/appointment-setting experience Experience in US calling, home improvement, solar, real estate, or roofing campaigns preferred Strong English communication (fluency + clarity) Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good persuasion, negotiation, and conversation skills. Work Schedule 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US Time) OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (US Time) (Monday to Friday)
