Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Job Trainee Food & Beverage Service (Bar). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality food and beverage services to customers in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, focusing on achieving common goals.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling quick thinking and decisive action in dynamic situations.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other hospitality software applications.
