Role: JIRA Administrator Location: Hyderabad Connect: 7976457434 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced JIRA Administrator to manage and support our Atlassian suite, with a primary focus on JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in JIRA administration, including workflow customization, permissions management, automation, integrations, and performance tuning. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, fields, and permissions. Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and design JIRA solutions to improve process efficiency. Manage JIRA Service Management and Confluence, including user access and space administration. Create custom dashboards, reports, and filters for different teams and leadership. Integrate JIRA with other tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, etc.). Support migration activities, version upgrades, and system patches. Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. Provide training and support to users and stakeholders across the organization. Document configurations, processes, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience administering JIRA and Confluence in a medium to large enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of JIRA workflows, custom fields, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notifications. Experience with JIRA Service Management and knowledge of ITIL practices. Proficiency in automation rules and scripting (e.g., JIRA Automation, ScriptRunner, or Groovy). Familiarity with REST APIs for JIRA and experience in third-party tool integrations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-100) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech in Computer Science Experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments. Background in ITSM or DevOps practices. Show more Show less
