As a highly skilled JIRA Administrator with expertise in Atlassian tools and AHA! Roadmaps integration, your role will involve managing, configuring, and optimizing JIRA to enhance collaboration, productivity, and efficiency for Agile teams. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, configure, and customize JIRA workflows, automation, and scripting (Groovy, JQL, REST API). - Manage JIRA permissions, security settings, and user administration to ensure secure and efficient operations. - Integrate AHA! Roadmaps with JIRA for seamless collaboration and product management. - Work with JIRA plugins such as ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, Portfolio, etc. - Support Agile teams by optimizing workflows, reporting, and dashboards. - Troubleshoot and resolve JIRA-related issues while ensuring system stability and performance. - Provide training and documentation for best practices in JIRA administration. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in JIRA Administration and Atlassian tools. - Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud & Data Center environments. - Proficiency in JQL, Groovy scripting, REST API, and automation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience integrating and managing AHA! Roadmaps with JIRA. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
