Job description Job Title: Cloud Operations Senior Tools Engineer Role Overview: The Cloud Operations Tools Engineer at Skyhigh Security will be responsible for the administration, customization, and optimization of Atlassian tools, primarily Jira and Confluence, with a strong focus on Jira Service Management (JSM). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration with other tools and systems. Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons such as ScriptRunner, Insight (Asset Management), and Service Desk integrations.
