JIRA Administrator

As a skilled JIRA Administrator with expertise in Atlassian tools and AHA! Roadmaps integration, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Administer and customize JIRA workflows, automation, and scripting using tools such as Groovy, JQL, and REST API. - Manage JIRA permissions, security settings, and user administration effectively. - Integrate AHA! Roadmaps with JIRA to ensure seamless collaboration between teams. - Utilize JIRA plugins like ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, and Portfolio to enhance project management processes. - Provide support to Agile teams and optimize workflows for efficient project delivery. In order to excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in JIRA Administration and Atlassian tools. - Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center platforms. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex issues effectively. Please note that this is a contractual/temporary job opportunity with a contract length of 12 months. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is on-site.
