What Youll Be Doing: Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks for automotive and functional safety semiconductor IP development projects. Facilitating clear, consistent communication within international, multi-site teams and with all stakeholders across the project lifecycle. Ensuring all project deliverables meet Synopsys quality management system (QMS) and functional safety process requirements. Planning, steering, and monitoring all project activities, adapting to evolving priorities and technical challenges. Regularly reporting project statuses and key metrics to both technical and management audiences, providing transparency and actionable insights. Executing gate reviews, leading decision-making matrices, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Proactively resolving conflicts and handling deviations to maintain momentum and achieve project goals. What Youll Need: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably with international and multi-sited teams. Strong proficiency in project planning and tracking using JIRA and BigPicture or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of quality management systems and functional safety processes, ideally within automotive or semiconductor environments. Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent field. Experience managing project scope, schedule, costs, and risk, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making. You will be responsible for administering and customizing JIRA workflows, automation, and scripting (Groovy, JQL, REST API) to ensure smooth operations. Managing JIRA permissions, security, and user administration will also be a key part of your role. Your expertise in integrating AHA! Roadmaps with JIRA will enable seamless collaboration between teams. Additionally, you will work with various JIRA plugins such as ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, and Portfolio to enhance functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Jira Cloud administration. Hands-on experience integrating Jira with third-party applications and internal systems. Proficiency in Jira automation, scripting (Groovy, JavaScript), and REST APIs. Familiarity with integration tools like Workato, Zapier, Boomi, or Mulesoft is a plus. Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps like ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, and BigPicture. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
