Java Full Stack Architect

• Full-Stack Development

  : Lead by example in designing and developing end-to-end full-stack solutions. Take ownership of both front-end and back-end development to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

• Technical Leadership

  : Mentor and guide a team of engineers, helping them grow their technical skills while also fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

• Architecture & Design

  : Contribute to the architectural direction and make key decisions on frameworks, tools, and platforms. Ensure the technical foundation is robust, scalable, and secure.

• Hands-On Involvement

  : Be actively involved in coding and debugging across the stack. You’ll take ownership of complex, high-impact features while ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and design.

• Process Improvement

  : Implement Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize workflows and development processes to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, QA, Operations) to ensure alignment across projects and identify new opportunities for technical innovation.

• Quality Assurance

  : Ensure high standards for code quality through code reviews, testing practices (unit, integration), and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Reporting & Communication

  : Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership. Ensure effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience

  : 10+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.

• Full-Stack Expertise

  : Strong hands-on experience with both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails). Familiarity with modern frameworks, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.

• Architecture & Design

  : Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions. Knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices for building scalable and secure applications.

• Cloud & DevOps

  : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
