Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IVR Developer. The IVR Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive voice response systems using various technologies. Day-to-day tasks include integrating IVR systems with back-end services, performing testing and debugging, conducting usability analysis, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance IVR functionalities and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with IVR script design, development, and deployment
• Proficiency in telecommunication technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and voice recognition
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and integration techniques
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design is beneficial
