Alteryx Application Support

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Managing Alteryx Server / Gallery on Linux, including setup, workflow scheduling, and monitoring. - Handling server management, code deployment, and application server version patching. - Troubleshooting Alteryx job failures and workflow errors. - Performing performance tuning and optimization of Alteryx workflows and server. - Writing and executing SQL queries for issue analysis and troubleshooting. - Supporting the production environment and providing application support for Alteryx users. - Working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) for incident/change management. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Hands-on experience with Alteryx (Server + Designer). - Good knowledge of Linux server management. - SQL scripting and troubleshooting. - Strong application/production support experience. - Experience in performance tuning and server monitoring.,
