Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
IVR applications
using
Twilio / M365
and related technologies.
Lead a technical team and ensure timely project delivery.
Integrate IVR systems with cloud services such as
AWS
or
Azure
, and with internal/external APIs.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and version control (GitHub, Jira, Confluence).
Ensure compliance with
data security and privacy standards
.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and engineering teams for feature enhancement.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance IVR system performance.

Required Skills:

8+ years
in software development, including
3+ years in IVR development
.
2+ years of team leadership
experience.
Strong expertise in
Twilio
and
Microsoft 365
, or other equivalent IVR platforms.
Experience with
AWS / Azure
,
Kubernetes
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Programming proficiency in
.NET, Java, and Node.js
.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications in IVR tools such as
Twilio
or
Cyara
are preferred.
