Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager
with over 10 years of proven experience in managing enterprise-scale core application deployments, infrastructure programs, and large digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in modern application architectures, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.This role demands mastery of Agile methodologies, the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments, and a track record of delivering value-driven enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, ERP systems, and mission-critical platforms.
- Manage digital transformation programs, including legacy-to-cloud migrations, API-driven integrations, microservices adoption, and automation initiatives.
- Apply Agile project management methodologies to drive faster, transparent, and value-focused delivery.
- Oversee all phases of project lifecycle—from feasibility and solution design to deployment and stabilization.
Digital Transformation & Technology Advancement
- Drive large-scale modernization and cloud adoption (cloud-native, SaaS, hybrid environments).
- Oversee implementation of data-driven business models, analytics platforms, and AI-powered business tools.
- Lead application consolidation, optimization, and performance tuning for scalability and resilience.
- Introduce emerging technologies to enhance customer experience, automation, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & People Management
- Collaborate with senior business leaders, architects, and vendors to align technology with business strategy.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams of analysts, developers, and infrastructure specialists.
- Promote effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across business and IT units.
Advanced Technical Oversight
- Provide guidance on enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for high availability, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Evaluate and select enterprise-grade solutions aligned with TOGAF or similar architectural frameworks.
- Oversee integration of applications with ERP, CRM, HRMS, and payment systems.
Risk & Governance
- Identify and mitigate risks across system performance, data integrity, security, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance models, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent required; Agile/Scrum Master preferred; ITIL a plus.
- 10+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise application deployments and digital transformation programs.
- Proven delivery record for large-scale ERP, CRM, core banking, or industry-specific application initiatives.
- Technical expertise in:
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (including hybrid models)
- Application Modernization: Microservices, containers, API management, middleware
- Integration Frameworks: ESB, iPaaS, API gateways
- Data & Analytics: Data lakes, BI, AI/ML, analytics tools
- DevOps: CI/CD, automation, continuous testing
- Cybersecurity: Risk management, DR planning, performance optimization
