Position Brief

This role is pivotal in expanding market reach by identifying and engaging prospective clients in the Accounts Receivable (AR) domain. It requires an individual with a proactive mindset, strong research and communication skills, and the ability to drive early-stage engagement through strategic outreach. The position involves end-to-end sales pipeline management—from prospecting to demo coordination and conversion.

This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, self-driven, and enjoy working beyond rigid job boundaries, contributing to organizational growth through initiative and ownership.


Key Responsibilities

Market Mapping & Prospecting

  • Conduct market research to identify and prioritize prospects in the AR space.
  • Map industries, geographies, and company profiles aligned with the target customer segment.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers (e.g., CFOs, Finance Heads, AR Managers).

Lead Generation & Data Gathering

  • Use LinkedIn, industry databases, company websites, and professional networks to gather contact data.
  • Build and maintain a detailed, accurate prospect and stakeholder database.

Client Engagement & Outreach

  • Initiate contact through customized emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls.
  • Follow up regularly to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
  • Craft communication that aligns with the company’s value proposition and addresses prospect pain points.

Demo Coordination & Value Presentation

  • Liaise between prospects and internal teams to schedule product demos.
  • Ensure seamless execution of demos, showcasing both Managed Services and SaaS solutions tailored to AR challenges.

Pipeline Management & Deal Support

  • Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Follow up post-demo to resolve queries and move deals forward.
  • Collaborate with the core sales and leadership team to convert opportunities and close deals.

Reporting & Strategic Feedback

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
  • Share actionable insights on market behavior, client needs, and product positioning to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–6 years of experience in

    B2B Sales

    ,

    Business Development

    , or

    SaaS sales

  • Master’s degree is mandatory

  • Solid understanding of

    financial concepts and AR processes

    (must-have)
  • Experience in

    SaaS or service-based solution selling

    (preferred)
  • Comfortable engaging mid to senior-level finance stakeholders
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken)
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
