IT Recruiter

Location : Hyderabad Department : Talent Acquisition Experience : 4 to 6 Yrs Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter with 4-6 years of experience only, preferably from an IT services company , to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and closing positions for a wide range of IT roles (development, testing, infrastructure, support, etc.), with an understanding of service-based delivery models. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering : Work closely with delivery managers and business stakeholders to understand job roles, project timelines, and resource requirements. Sourcing & Screening : Source profiles through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and references. Screen resumes based on job specifications and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews. Stakeholder Management : Schedule interviews and coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers. Maintain regular updates and feedback loop with stakeholders. Offer & Onboarding : Negotiate salaries, prepare offers, and handle pre-joining engagement. Coordinate onboarding in collaboration with the HR operations team. Recruitment MIS & Reporting : Maintain recruitment dashboards, tracker reports, and weekly updates. Compliance & Process Adherence : Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, policies, and hiring quality standards. Must-Have Skills Strong understanding of IT services hiring (Application Development, Testing, Infra Support, etc.) Experience working with high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions simultaneously Familiarity with different sourcing strategies and ATS systems Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of Indian employment practices and market compensation benchmarks Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Any stream); MBA in HR is a plus Prior experience with Tier 1 or mid-tier IT service firms Exposure to lateral and contract staffing is desirable Show more Show less
