Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for niche roles in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise technologies . Key Responsibilities End-to-end IT recruitment for niche and enterprise technology roles (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, references, and headhunting Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in enterprise technologies Proven expertise in sourcing and screening profiles for Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment Immediate joiners will be given preference
