Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche technology and cybersecurity roles
Source, screen, and engage candidates across the following skill areas:

Application Development:
.NET (Backend / Full Stack), Microservices, PowerApps
Cloud & Infrastructure:
AWS, Azure
DevOps & Security:
DevSecOps, DevOps with SailPoint / Ping / CyberArk / SaaS
Cybersecurity:
Security Engineer, Security Consultant (Vulnerability Management)
Data Engineering:
Data Engineer

Use sourcing platforms such as
Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter
, and other databases
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
Work closely with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers

Required Skills

Strong experience in sourcing
technology & cybersecurity profiles
Hands-on expertise with
Boolean search, market mapping, and talent research
Good understanding of
cloud, DevOps, and security technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience hiring for large-scale or global organizations
Exposure to diversity hiring and niche talent mapping
