Conduct interviews and assess technical skills and cultural fit. 6. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key Requirements: 1. Proven experience in IT recruitment with a focus on C2H hiring. 2. Experience working with or recruiting for major IT companies. 3. Strong understanding of technical skill sets and market trends in IT. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
