Job Description

Company - One of the Big 4 Companies in the World. Location - Hyderabad. Responsibilities - Overseeing and tracking training programs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Monitoring training completions and feedback using LMS and other backend tools. Collaborating with the vendor management team to coordinate with training vendors. Supervising and adjusting training projects to accommodate changes in the work environment. Implementing various training methods, including e-learning, virtual training, and in-person classroom sessions, and managing the entire training delivery process. Assessing and reviewing trainees' learning progress through pre- and post-assessment reports. Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of training programs, processes, and workflows. Scheduling training rooms across multiple locations, arranging trainer schedules, and setting up necessary hardware and software for all training sessions.
