Job Summary:

Technical Trainers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom training on

  Java / .NET / Salesforce

  (based on expertise) for freshers or lateral employees.
• Design training modules, prepare content, assignments, and assessments.
  
• Deliver hands-on sessions, live coding, and project-based learning.
  
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure content relevance and industry standards.
  
• Address queries and doubts of trainees in a clear and effective manner.
  
• Provide periodic reports on training progress and outcomes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Java Trainer:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate.
  
• Experience with REST APIs and basic front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
  

For .NET Trainer:

• Hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
  

For Salesforce Trainer:

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), Process Builder, Flows.
  
• Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
  

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in development or training.
  
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
  
• Passion for mentoring and guiding learners.
  
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles.
  

Preferred:

• Prior experience as a corporate or academic trainer.
  
• Experience in delivering virtual as well as in-person sessions.
