Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  classroom and hands-on training

  on Oracle Fusion

  HCM, SCM, Financials, and OIC

• Train

  final-year UG / PG students

  with placement-focused curriculum
• Design and deliver

  training plans, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments

• Conduct evaluations, mock interviews, and performance reviews
• Bridge the gap between academic learning and

  real-world Oracle Fusion projects

• Maintain training records, progress reports, and student feedback
• Coordinate with institutional coordinators and internal placement teams

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience exclusively in Oracle Fusion training

• Strong expertise in one or more modules:

  HCM / SCM / Financials / OIC

• Proven experience training

  college students or fresh graduates

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Ability to explain complex Oracle concepts in a simple, structured manner
• Experience in conducting

  assessments, labs, and placement readiness sessions

• Oracle Certification(s) – preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Institutional or corporate training background
• Strong mentoring and student engagement skills
• Willingness to

  relocate or travel

  to client institutions in

  Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana
