Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (QA Lead) with 4–5 years of experience managing custom software solutions, web applications, ERP, and CRM projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle—requirement scoping, design planning, backend structure coordination, resource allocation, manual QA/testing, and delivery planning.

You will be responsible for leading teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of tailored software and web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Scoping & Analysis

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into SRS/BRD, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Define clear project scope, prioritize requirements, and manage change requests.

Design & Wireframing

• Prepare and review wireframes, workflows, and user journeys.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to finalize design concepts and layouts.
• Ensure designs meet usability, functionality, and project objectives.

Project Planning & Resource Allocation

• Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, and milestone charts.
• Allocate resources across developers, testers, and designers effectively.
• Monitor progress, track risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Technical & Delivery Oversight

• Contribute to backend/system structure planning (databases, APIs, integrations).
• Supervise development of custom software solutions and web applications.
• Manage project delivery planning, release schedules, and deployment readiness.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Prepare test cases and QA documentation.
• Conduct and supervise manual testing (functional, regression, UAT).
• Validate deliverables against requirements before client handover.
• Coordinate with clients for UAT and final sign-offs.

Team & Client Management

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Act as primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Conduct progress reviews, demos, and final delivery presentations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 4–5 years of experience managing custom software solutions, web applications, ERP, or CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirement scoping, wireframing, backend concepts, and design planning.
• Proven experience in QA/manual testing (test case writing, execution, and defect tracking).
• Strong skills in resource allocation, task planning, and project delivery management.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project).
• Ability to balance technical feasibility, timelines, and client requirements.
• Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English. Excellent English communication (written and verbal) is mandatory for client interaction and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of project management experience in custom software or web solution projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software testing (manual QA, test cases, UAT), and project planning methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
