We’re now looking for a Shopify Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex e-commerce projects.

Role Overview

As a Shopify Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between clients, developers, and designers. You’ll lead multiple Shopify projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals. This role requires both technical knowledge of Shopify/IT systems and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Shopify projects from kickoff to delivery (store setups, migrations, theme customizations, integrations).

• Coordinate between clients, design, and development teams.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure QA, testing, and successful go-live of Shopify stores.
• Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to improving processes and workflows for better efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, E-commerce, or Shopify projects.
• Strong understanding of Shopify (themes, apps, integrations, migrations).
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical background (HTML, CSS, Liquid, or APIs knowledge) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Magento to Shopify migrations.
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or analytics.
• Previous work in an agency setting.
