Support the project manager in maintaining project documentation and communication channels. Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders (internal and external). Engage with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document feedback, feature requests, and evolving needs. Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Agile Development Oversight & Support: Support the implementation and adherence to agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Help track sprint progress, backlog refinement, and release planning. Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to the project manager. Contribute to continuous improvement of agile processes. Education- Bachelors or Masters Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration (with IT focus)
