IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager at Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering various IT projects such as web platforms, booking portals, mobile apps, CRM, and ERP systems within set scope, timeline, and budget. Your responsibilities will include team management, website & app project management, stakeholder communication, budget & resource management, process implementation, risk & issue management, vendor & partner coordination, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for IT projects. - Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and IT support teams. - Manage end-to-end development and maintenance of travel portals, websites, and mobile applications. - Act as a bridge between management, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth progress. - Allocate resources efficiently and control project costs. - Establish IT project workflows, documentation, and reporting standards. - Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and provide timely solutions. - Manage external vendors and ensure timely project delivery. - Provide regular progress updates, reports, and project reviews to senior management. **Qualifications & Skills Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or Project Management. - 5-10 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years in IT project management. - Strong knowledge of software development (PHP, Node.js, React, Java, WordPress, etc.). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). - Prior experience in travel technology / booking platforms is a strong plus. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
