Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify leads via

    freelancing platforms

    , outbound email, LinkedIn, and B2B databases.
  • Use tools such as

    Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Lusha

    to build lead lists and outreach campaigns.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Initiate conversations, pitch services, and convert leads into clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to draft proposals.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Manage and update pipelines in

    CRM

    .
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Work with the Sales Head and Project Manager to ensure smooth client handover.


Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRMs, outreach tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and growth-driven mindset.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion rate from lead to client.
  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved.
  • Client retention and repeat business rate.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates & reporting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or freelancing platforms.
  • Familiarity with international markets (US, UK, EU, etc.) is a plus.
