Position Summary


Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership – GCE

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the GCE business unit.

• Translate business needs into actionable IT strategies and solutions.

• Lead the delivery of IT initiatives, including ERP (Infor M3), CRM, BI/Analytics, and infrastructure standardization.

Shared Services Leadership – Chennai

• Lead the growth and maturity of the IT SSC in Chennai, targeting expansion across SAP, infrastructure, compliance, and data engineering.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of SSC talent.

• Ensure high-quality, standardized, and scalable service delivery to global stakeholders.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Contribute to the evolution of the global IT operating model and service delivery framework.

• Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA migration, M3 rationalization, cybersecurity, and AI-driven productivity.

• Participate in IT governance forums and collaborate with global IT and business leaders.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Computer Science, or related field. •

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

• Proven experience in business partnering and shared services management.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP), infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
