Stellar Manufacturers is setting up a state-of-the-art greenfield production facility for a leading premium beverages brand.
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to establish and manage core IT infrastructure, networks, data security and plant system support in a high-growth industrial environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics or related field
Certifications preferred – CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, Network Security, Cloud Technologies
Knowledge of industrial IT systems & cyber-security standards will be an added advantage

Experience Required

8–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & System Administration in Manufacturing / FMCG / Food / Packaging industries
Exposure to plant network architecture, server management & ERP systems
Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, Firewalls, CCTV, Access Control, Backup Systems

Key Skills & Expertise

IT Infrastructure setup for Greenfield facilities
Network Administration – switches, routers, VPN
Windows/Linux server configuration & maintenance
ERP/System Support (SAP / Oracle / equivalent)
Data security, backup, DRP & access control
IT Asset management, AMC coordination & vendor handling
CCTV Monitoring Systems, Wi-Fi/Networking & IP Telephony
End-user IT support & troubleshooting
Documentation, SOPs & compliance reporting

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the IT infrastructure for the new plant
Ensure secure and seamless network connectivity across plant & offices
Manage servers, data backup, cybersecurity & user access protocols
Monitor equipment – CCTV, access control, printers & communication systems
Support implementation & maintenance of ERP and plant automation systems
Manage IT assets, vendor contracts, AMCs & licenses
Provide timely support to operations, HR, finance and production teams
Maintain proper IT documentation and ensure audit compliance
