Job Description:

Motivated IT Administrator with 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support. Strong foundation in networking, firewall management, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is an added advantage. Excellent team communication skills and a passion for learning and solving new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Configure, monitor, and manage firewalls and network security settings.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Support network setup and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Assist with system administration tasks such as user account management and permissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address IT issues and support project implementations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and asset inventory.
• Assist in managing Microsoft Azure Active Directory and local network connections with virtual environments.
• Follow IT best practices and security protocols to protect company systems and data.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous IT process improvements.
• Support software installations, updates, and license management.
• Participate in IT audits and compliance activities as needed.
• Oversee hardware leasing arrangements, ensuring timely renewal and proper maintenance of leased equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, coordinating repairs, support, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Ensure effective management of vendor relationships to secure optimal pricing, services, and warranty support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in an IT support or system/network administration role.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hands-on experience with firewall configuration and basic security principles.
• Proficient in hardware support and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services is a plus.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing relationships with IT vendors, including support and leasing agreements.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and adapt to new challenges and

technologies.
