About the Project

Stellar Manufacturers is establishing a state-of-the-art greenfield production facility for a leading premium beverages brand.
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage plant stores, material handling, inventory accuracy, and end-to-end store operations for a high-growth manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain / Commerce
• MBA / PGDM in Operations / Supply Chain preferred
• Certifications such as SAP MM / Warehouse & Inventory Management are an added benefit

Experience Required

• 10-18 years’ experience in Stores / Inventory / Warehouse Management
• Preferably from Beverages / FMCG / Food / Packaging / Manufacturing industries
• Experience in Greenfield or Brownfield project stores setup is highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of SAP / ERP, GRN, stock management, and material traceability
• Hands-on experience in engineering stores, packaging material stores, RM/PM management

Key Skills & Expertise

• Stores management & material planning
• GRN, MRN, issue/return cycle
• FIFO/FEFO, batch & lot traceability
• Stock audits, cycle counts & variance control
• Proper handling of packaging materials, RM, consumables, MRO & engineering spares
• Coordination with procurement, production & quality
• Safety compliance inside stores (5S, PPE, material stacking norms)
• Vendor coordination for inbound materials & logistics
• Strong documentation, record-keeping & ERP reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage plant store operations for the greenfield project
• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage & issuance of materials (RM/PM/MRO)
• Maintain real-time inventory in SAP/ERP, ensuring zero discrepancies
• Implement and monitor FIFO / FEFO, stock preservation and storage discipline
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Finance & Projects for material requirements
• Lead stock counts, audits, reconciliation & reporting
• Manage stores team, ensure safety compliance & housekeeping (5S)
• Track material consumption & support cost-control practices
• Ensure complete compliance with internal SOPs, audits & statutory norms
