Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure objectives monitoring & action plan against non-compliances.
• Ensure FG inventory & Day to day dispatch
• Ensure the 100% critical dispatch
• MIS reports, Stock verification, 5s in stores area.
• Ensure 100% RM and FG stores related compliance.
• To maintain records of incoming RM/PM with actual vs physical stock compliance.
• To maintain the records of material minimum/ maximum stock.
• Roles, Responsibilities & duties identified in BCP to be performed.
• Management of hazardous/ Non-hazardous waste.
• Ensure dock safety.
• Ensure compliance to road safety.
• Ensure testing & management of storage tanks.
• Responsible for compliance to Onsite emergency plan (OEP).
• To carry out periodic assessment (shelf life items) of condition of material in store and stock and record.
• To store incoming material at the right place, with adequate packing, correct identification, necessary preservation care and for maintaining records of material in stock.
• To ensure timely dispatch of the finished goods items along with necessary documents and certificates to the customer.
• Ensure the proper logistic management.
• To store non-confirming material as per inspection from QA Officer separately.
• To refuse to inward the material if it is not supplied with proper documents/ excise copy/ COA/ DC etc. and in improper packing, damaged packing etc.
• Ensure that the processes needed for IMS are established, implemented, maintained and continually improving its effectiveness.
• Comply with legal rules & regulations.
• Member for Management Review Meeting, Apex, DIC & sub-committees.
• Identification of internal, external issues, Interested party needs & expectations.
• Resource planning & Prioritization.

Authority:

• To refuse to inward the material if it is not supplied with proper documents/ excise copy/ TC etc. and in improper packing, damaged packing etc.
• Identify, record and initiate corrective action to prevent occurrence of nonconformity.
• Verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify continual improvement in the effectiveness of suppliers process.
• To stop any unsafe activity noticed in plant premises.

• Management review meeting action effective implementation
• Effectiveness of Internal Audit
• QHSE Objective Corrective & Preventive Action
• Interested party satisfaction.
• Closure within Agreed time for certifying body Audit report
• IMS compliance
• Effective implementation of Code of conduct & ethics escalation policy.

Education :

Exp : 10 to 15 years
