Looms & Tassels is a fast-growing handcrafted clothing brand with 2 lakh+ Instagram followers, known for our exclusive handloom and artisanal fashion. We serve premium clientele both in-store and online, offering a luxurious shopping experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising the sales team and maintaining a premium showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Ensure every customer receives polite, professional, and personalized service
• Assist premium customers with styling and product recommendations
• Drive monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates
• Manage escalations & maintain high customer satisfaction

Team Leadership

• Train and supervise sales executives and support staff
• Schedule shifts, track attendance, and ensure discipline
• Conduct weekly performance check-ins and motivate the team

Store Operations

• Handle store opening/closing processes
• Maintain visual merchandising standards — clean, beautiful product display
• Manage billing, returns, exchanges, and packaging quality
• Maintain daily checklists (trial rooms, display, lighting, hygiene)

Inventory Management

• Track stock movement accurately
• Coordinate tagging, replenishment, and product arrangement
• Prevent damage, loss, or shrinkage through strong controls

Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily/weekly sales and inventory reports to management
• Monitor customer feedback and share improvement suggestions
• Support marketing activities like influencer visits, store reels, events

• Prior experience in premium retail / boutique sales preferred
• Good team management & problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic about handcrafted and luxury fashion
