We curate authentic handloom sarees, suits, and artisan-crafted apparel that celebrate the beauty of Indian craftsmanship. Our customers include NRIs, premium walk-ins, and online shoppers who value artisanal fashion.

Role Summary

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to engage with premium clientele, understand their taste, and guide them through an exceptional shopping experience. This role involves both product presentation and in-store sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in choosing products that best suit their needs
• Clearly explain product features, handloom techniques, artisan stories, and pricing
• Manage in-store sales, customer trials, and checkout assistance
• Build relationships with high-value customers to encourage repeat business
• Maintain product display, store cleanliness, and ensure a premium shopping environment
• Coordinate with the social team for customer appointments and new launches
• Support online orders, store billing, packing, and inventory management if required

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills fluency in English is a must
• Confident, well-mannered, and customer-friendly personality
• Prior experience in high-end retail / boutique / premium sales is preferred
• Good understanding of fashion & styling is an added advantage
• Quick learner with a passion for handcrafted clothing
• Willingness to work store hours on weekends and festivals
