Retail Salesperson

As a Retail Salesperson at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs. - Providing accurate product information, features, and benefits to support purchasing decisions. - Actively engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and promoting ongoing offers or loyalty programs. - Processing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the store's POS system. - Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels on shelves. - Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock replenishment and labeling. - Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. - Following company policies, security guidelines, and operational procedures. - Participating in daily store opening and closing activities. - Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications and experience required for this role include: - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). - 02 years of retail, customer service, or sales experience (freshers welcome). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. - Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. - Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
