Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales and branding, and a solid understanding of modern marketing practices. Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Marketing Duties: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor trends, and market opportunities. Manage content for the company’s social media platforms, website, and newsletters. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements. Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade exhibitions. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing efforts and campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, customer service, and sales techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
