Role Overview We are urgently hiring a Business Growth Executive to lead our sales, marketing, promotion, and support initiatives. This person will be crucial in helping us grow our SaaS ERP product — both by bringing in new clients and by supporting and retaining existing ones. Business Development Executive, Sales & Growth Executive, Commercial Growth Executive / Commercial Development Executive, Revenue Growth Executive, Business Growth Manage, Business Development Strategist, Growth Operations Executive, Growth & Marketing Executive What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Lead Generation & Sales Coordinate and lead client calls — demos, sales discussions, and follow-ups. Conduct one-on-one meetings with potential and existing clients to present our ERP, understand their needs, and close deals. Help build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Marketing & Promotion Develop and maintain market-facing documentation like proposals, pitch decks, case studies. Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities — exhibitions, expo stalls, and other events. Work on product positioning and messaging to attract target customers. Customer Support & Feedback Provide client support for product issues and help them use our ERP effectively. Collect client feedback and share insights with the product team to improve the product. Help onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth experience. Market Research Analyze the local market and potential industries or customer segments to identify growth opportunities. Research competitors, technology trends, and customer requirements. Collaboration Work with the internal team (product, operations, development) to align growth strategies. Share regular updates on client progress, sales metrics, and market insights. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: Minimum 1 full year in the software development / tech / SaaS industry. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients. Interpersonal Skills: Good at building and maintaining client relationships. Self-Driven: Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership. Adaptability: Comfortable working from office and traveling for client meetings or events. Basic Sales / Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, or marketing campaigns. Bonus (Preferred): Experience with CRM tools or sales pipeline management. Experience working in a startup environment. Previous event or exhibition coordination experience. Some understanding of analytics or ERP / SaaS products.
