Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Ernakulam Job Type: Full-time Industry: Interior Design / Architecture Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for interior design services. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our design solutions to both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present suitable design solutions Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met Follow up on leads and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business development strategy Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows and exhibitions Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or a related industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings Benefits: Competitive salary with commission structure Opportunities for professional development Dynamic and creative work environment Travel and expense allowances (if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8714129444
