Role & responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of 3-4 Associates, Ensure Healthy funnel of Leads being generated at the area level. Efficiently manage the Leads that are generated by company, and drive conversion. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance team productivity. Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Schedule and delegate daily tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coverage. Operational Efficiency: Oversee the planning and execution of painting projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Monitor and control the quality of work performed by the Contractor team, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are being followed at the Painting site by the contractor and painter. Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Customer Service & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations related to painting projects. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded. Should be sensitive about NPS scores. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to maintain high satisfaction levels. Reporting: Monitor expenses related to labor, materials, and equipment charged by the contractor to the customer, for the assigned area. Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, team performance, and customer feedback. Ensure adherence to financial targets and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Quality Control & Safety: Enforce adherence to quality standards in every project to ensure top-notch results for customers. Promote a culture of safety by conducting safety training, monitoring job sites, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify and address any operational challenges that may arise during the execution of projects. Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase overall team efficiency. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role in the home services or construction industry, ideally in painting or similar trade services. Proven experience managing and leading a team of 5 or more people. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. In-depth understanding of safety practices and quality standards in the home services industry. Education: Post Graduate (Management preferred) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant project management tools. Familiarity with painting materials, tools, and techniques. Other Requirements: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
