Position Overview
ATRI is seeking a dynamic and experienced ISO and Quality Management Systems Manager to lead our organization's quality management initiatives and ensure compliance with international standards. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems while supporting our product development services across multiple industry verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving ISO standards and quality management processes to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management Systems
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant ISO standards
- Lead the organization's quality management strategy and ensure integration with business objectives
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and work instructions that comply with ISO requirements and industry best practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems through regular audits and assessments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and PDCA cycles
ISO and Quality Compliance and Certification Management
- Manage multiple certification processes including preparation for certification audits, surveillance audits, and recertification
- Maintain current certifications including:
- ISO Standards: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 13485 (Medical Devices), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
- Industry-Specific Standards: AS9100 (Aerospace), IATF 16949 (Automotive), IEC 62304 (Medical Device Software)
- Software & IT Standards: CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), IEEE standards, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- Regional Certifications: BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), STQC (Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification), TEC (Telecom Engineering Centre) approvals
- Security Certifications: SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS compliance, GDPR compliance framework
- Coordinate with external certification bodies and manage relationships with auditors across multiple standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to product development services across various industries
- Stay updated on changes to all applicable standards and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance
Process Documentation and Control
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation systems including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms
- Establish document control processes to ensure version control, approval workflows, and accessibility
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Implement and manage configuration management processes for product development projects
- Ensure traceability and documentation requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle
Risk Management and Compliance
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks aligned with ISO 31000 and other relevant standards
- Conduct risk assessments for product development processes and client projects
- Establish corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems to address non-conformities
- Monitor regulatory compliance across different industry sectors served by ATRI
- Implement and maintain information security management systems in accordance with ISO 27001
Training and Development
- Design and deliver training programs on quality management systems, ISO standards, and quality tools
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees on quality policies and procedures
- Develop competency matrices and ensure staff qualifications meet ISO requirements
- Create awareness programs on quality culture and continuous improvement
- Establish internal auditor training programs and maintain a pool of qualified internal auditors
Metrics and Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to measure system effectiveness
- Prepare regular quality reports for management review meetings
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement statistical process control methods where applicable
- Maintain quality records and ensure data integrity and accessibility
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Professional Certifications
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)
- Additional ISO and other related quality management system certifications is a big plus.
Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality management systems and ISO implementation
- Experience with multiple ISO standards implementation and maintenance
- Background in managing quality systems for software development, engineering services, or R&D organizations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per month
