As we gear up for aggressive growth, we are seeking a proactive Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate to join our core team and accelerate capital raising efforts. Role Overview: This role is ideal for a professional with 1-2 years of experience on venture capital, family office, or investment analyst. Who is eager to transition to the startup ecosystem. You will leverage your investor knowledge to identify, qualify, and engage relevant investors, while also managing fundraising processes and amplifying our visibility through strategic social media engagement, particularly on LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Investor Research & Qualification: Identify and qualify target investors including VCs, family offices, super angels, and strategic partners aligned with Changingbox’s growth stage and sector. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of investor contacts, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools, ensuring no lead is lost. Investor Engagement & Meeting Coordination: Fill investor intake forms accurately, schedule and manage meetings between investors and founders, and prepare necessary background materials. Pitch Deck & Fundraising Collateral: Create, update, and customize pitch decks, presentations, and supporting documents tailored for specific investor meetings. Fundraising Process Support: Assist in due diligence, track fundraising KPIs, and support negotiation and closing efforts with investors. LinkedIn & Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting investors and ecosystem stakeholders. Create and curate content such as investor updates, milestone announcements, and thought leadership posts to build Changingbox’s brand presence. Engage with investor communities and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups or forums to generate inbound interest. Performance & Reporting: Provide regular updates to founders on investor engagement status, fundraising progress, and social media impact. Candidate Profile: 1-2 years experience in venture capital, family office, investment analysis, or related fields. Deep understanding of investor evaluation processes, deal sourcing, and due diligence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with investors and startup leadership. Skilled in presentation tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple investor leads and social media campaigns simultaneously. Proactive self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment. Experience or interest in managing LinkedIn outreach and content strategy is highly desirable.
