Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Conduct outbound calls to database, job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Job Posting: Post job openings on relevant job boards and company career pages to attract qualified candidates. Candidate Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively reach out to potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
