Internship
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions. Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities. Maintain employee records and assist with data entry into HR systems. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development. Participate in employee training programs and workshops. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Skills/Competencies:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
