About the Role

We are seeking a driven individual to join us on a

2-month internship/contract

, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. The role blends

core HR responsibilities particularly performance management with administrative support functions

, offering strong exposure to organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design, rollout, and tracking of
performance management processes
(goal setting, feedback cycles, documentation).
Maintain employee records, policies, and compliance documentation.
Oversee day-to-day
HR operations
including attendance, leave management, and employee communication.
Observe and suggest improvements in performing
administrative tasks
such as vendor management, office supplies, travel arrangements, meetings, and expense tracking.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and supporting internal events.

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s degree
in Psychology, Sociology, English (other Liberal arts), or BBA.
MBA in HR from a reputed/premium institution
.
Prior relevant work experience
in HR (not just internships).
Strong knowledge/interest in HR practices, especially performance management.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

This is a paid position. Our office is based out of Sahakarnagar, North Bangalore. We work on alternate Saturdays and weekdays.
