Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Need Analysis (TNA):

Identify learning needs by coordinating with department heads and team managers.
Analyze performance gaps and recommend suitable training programs.

Training Coordination and Execution:

Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Manage logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Liaise with external trainers and vendors when required

Onboarding and Induction:

Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Track completion of mandatory induction programs.

Learning Administration:
Maintain training records and update LMS (Learning Management System).
Prepare monthly/quarterly training reports and dashboards.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance improvement metrics.
Recommend improvements based on evaluation outcomes.
Employee Engagement & Development Initiatives:
Support career development, soft skills, and leadership programs.
Assist in organizing engagement or learning campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of LMS platforms and MS Office
Good presentation and facilitation skills
Analytical mindset for assessing learning impact
Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams
